About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in creating full visibility across complex IT environments using the latest technologies. Your work will also involve deeply understanding business needs and designing appropriate technical solutions. By implementing new technologies and continuously monitoring systems, you will directly contribute to the success of enterprises.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building full observability for distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructures.
- Improving performance, availability, and stability using cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Identifying issues in enterprise environments, troubleshooting, and documenting findings.
- Actively participating in projects.
- Preparing for the implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborating closely with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to turn data into actionable insights.
- Integrating automation and AIOps solutions to make systems proactive, not just reactive.
- Fostering an observability culture: measuring, analyzing, and learning continuously from systems.
What We Expect from You
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT systems engineering, DevOps, or similar fields.
- Experience with logging, metrics, and tracing (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic).
- Hands-on experience in cloud and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, GitOps) is an advantage.
- Programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash).
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Precise, analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- University degree in IT or a technical field.
